Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
For EU customers (including Cyprus), we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, in EUR. SEPA Direct Debit is available on annual plans.
What happens to unused AI credits?
AI credits reset monthly on your billing date. Professional includes 500 credits/month; Enterprise is unlimited.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, then moves to the free plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes - contact sales for annual billing with up to 20% savings.
