Total: ~2,876 tCO₂e / year. For hospitality, the Scope 3.1 food-and-beverage supply chain typically dominates; the fastest path to a defensible carbon disclosure is engaging the largest food suppliers on their own data.

Which factor applies to a Spanish company reporting under CSRD?
For location-based Scope 2, use the MITECO national factor (0.174). For market-based, use your electricity supplier's disclosed mix — most Spanish utilities publish the mix breakdown alongside their CUPS invoices, and CNMC certifies Guarantees of Origin.Do I need to model the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands separately?
Yes if a material share of your load is there. The peninsular grid runs at 0.174 kg/kWh, but the island systems have significantly higher factors due to more gas and oil in the mix. Model those sites with a higher factor or ask REE for the island-specific value.Are the calculations audit-grade?
